Our large event spaces, the John A. and Cynthia Fry Gunn Rotunda and the James Lin and Nisa Leung Seminar Room, and conference rooms will be available for scheduling by Stanford affiliates after the restrictions on large group gathering is lifted.
Occupants of the research complex with a resident PI as their event sponsor may book the rotunda, the seminar room and the conference rooms for events scheduled a maximum of 6 months from the date the request is received.
Please browse our rooms and check their availability before submitting a request. Requests will be addressed on a first-come, first-served basis. Allow one full business day for requests to be processed.
