The Information Technology team provides support to the residents of the Stanford ChEM-H / Neurosciences research complex in partnership with Computer Resource Consulting (CRC). IT support includes software and hardware support of computers, laptops, and mobile devices. Our team also helps with general networking support including, but not limited to registering end points on the network, providing externally routable IP addresses, and managing firewall rules.

Support for audio/video equipment in conference rooms will be provided in partnership with Computer Resource Consulting (CRC). In room troubleshooting will be available through the AV support hotline Monday through Friday between 8:00am and 5:00pm. Room sweeps will be conducted weekly to verify that equipment in each conference room is functioning. Pre-meeting consultations are also available to schedule in advance.
